  • Regular maintenance handled in a timely manner.
  • Emergency maintenance (emergencies and regular maintenance is outlined in the Tenant Handbook)

What are the requirements to rent from Towne Realty?

 

  • Completed rental application with all required documents and ID.

 

  • Application fee $50.00 per applicant (non-refundable).

 

  • Application/tenant MUST be 19 years or older.

 

  • Credit Check, background check and criminal checks are required.
